These are the terms of participation in the "Test Drive Bonus" promotion ("Promotion"), conducted by the operator ("PlanetsCasino") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PlanetsCasino (or a third party on behalf of PlanetsCasino) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from the Promotion and barred from accessing the Website.
By participating in the Promotion, you grant PlanetsCasino the right to use your username, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PlanetsCasino in this regard.
Employees and relatives of employees of PlanetsCasino, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PlanetsCasino, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.
By participating in the Promotion, you release PlanetsCasino, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion.
PlanetsCasino reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PlanetsCasino believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.
Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PlanetsCasino, as published on the Website.
Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PlanetsCasino reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PlanetsCasino.
The Promotion starts on October 15, 2026 at 12:00 (UTC+3) and ends on November 15, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+3) (the "Promotion Period").
The Promotion is available only to players on the Website who have received a personal invitation to participate in this Promotion.
To participate in the Promotion, a player must click the "Claim" button and then the "Activation" button in the "Bonuses" section of the Website.
The Promotion applies to the real money deposit made by the player during the Promotion Period (the "Qualifying Deposit").
The minimum Qualifying Deposit is 10 (ten) USD (or the equivalent amount in another currency).
There is no limit to the maximum Qualifying Deposit a player may make to participate in the Promotion.
For the purposes of this Promotion, Qualifying Deposits do not include funds received from transfers between players, as well as any funds received from promotional activities (whether our own or third-party promotions, if applicable), freerolls, and similar sources.
A player receives a bonus, the amount of which depends on the actions completed by the player (the "Bonus"):

- for logging into the Account and activating the Bonus without completing the survey — 10 (ten) USD;

- for logging into the Account and completing the survey without making a Qualifying Deposit — 20 (twenty) USD: 10 (ten) USD for activating the Bonus and 10 (ten) USD for completing the survey;

- for logging into the Account, completing the survey and making a Qualifying Deposit — 60 (sixty) USD.

The survey is available at:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfsh_yOIRxEagIQVh73v9dVLh7nl0-YKgHv1bEs0Rm28PZxMw/viewform

The Bonus is credited only once per player, regardless of the number of deposits made during the Promotion Period.
The Bonus is credited to the bonus balance of the player's Account. The part of the Bonus for completing the survey and for the Qualifying Deposit is credited within 48 (forty-eight) hours.
The Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of x5 (five). The wagering contribution depends on the games and is calculated under the following conditions:

- Slots by Pragmatic Play, BGaming and OnlyPlay: 100% of wagered bets count towards wagering requirements.

- Other games: Wagering is not available.

The maximum bet with the Bonus is 5 (five) USD (or the equivalent amount in another currency). If a bet is higher, only 5 (five) USD counts toward wagering.

Note that bets are placed using the player's real funds first, and only after these are exhausted will the Bonus, subject to wagering, be used in this Promotion. Casino winnings earned by the player from real funds during the Promotion Period are credited to the bonus balance, which is subject to wagering within the scope of this Promotion.
The Bonus must be wagered within 7 (seven) days from the moment it is credited. After this period, the Bonus will be forfeited regardless of wagering progress.
Once the wagering requirements of the Promotion are fulfilled, the bonus balance will be converted into real money and credited to the player's Account. The maximum winnings under this Promotion cannot exceed 2 (two) times the amount of the received Bonus; any winnings exceeding this limit will be forfeited.
Only the player whose details are registered in the Account is eligible to receive the Bonus under this Promotion. This rule applies to each IP address and/or device.
A player has no right to obligate PlanetsCasino to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PlanetsCasino.
In the event of disputes regarding eligibility, Bonus receipt, and these participation terms, the final decision will be made by the management of PlanetsCasino. Such a decision is binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.
These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
